Introducing ourselves
We’re Kat & Ryan.
We’re the faces behind Eat Me Drink Me. We wanted to create an independent café in Monmouth that feels welcoming, a little bit different and full of character — somewhere you can enjoy really good coffee, tempting cake and good company.
The Alice in Wonderland inspiration gave us permission to have fun with the space, but the heart of the café is much simpler: friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere and a place people genuinely want to come back to.

Eat Me Drink Me is tucked inside historic Beaufort Arms Court, just off Agincourt Square. We love that you have to step through the archway and follow the cobbles to discover us — it already feels a little like falling down the rabbit hole.
Whether you are catching up with friends, stopping during a day in town, bringing the family or settling in with a laptop, you are very welcome to make yourself at home.
A place with a story
There is history outside the door too.
Beaufort Arms Court and the streets around us have appeared on screen in productions including Doctor Who and Young Sherlock. We think that cinematic history fits our curious home rather nicely.
